How Long Does It Take To Dispatch My Order
Non Personalised Items: Dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Orders With Personalised Items: Dispatched within 5 working days (Monday to Friday).
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order Following Dispatch
UK Orders: Up To 3 Working Days.
International Orders: Up to 10 Working Days.
What Courier Is Used For My Shipment
All orders are shipped via the Royal Mail.
Can I Get A Tracking Number
Our domestic shipments are sent via a standard Royal Mail Service therefore tracking information is not obtainable.
RETURNS POLICY
Non Personalised Items
Please email us at help@shoppawsandco.com or using our website contact form to notify us that you wish to return your item. Please ensure the item is safely packaged in its original packaging or suitable alternative. All returns must be sent back to the stated address within 14 days or receiving your parcel and email to us stating a return is being made (a signed for method is recommended). All returns postage charges are not refundable by us.
Upon receipt of the package back at our workshop, a refund will be processed directly to the original payment method, subject to the condition of the item received.
Personalised Items
Custom products are not eligible for return to due to the personalised aspect of each individual item. Should there be a fault with your order please email us directly at help@shoppawsandco.com and someone will assist you.
